We believe in clarity and transparency, so here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.
Dinnerware not included by default
Dinnerware is not included unless added to your proposal. We offer upscale disposable options as well as china rentals.
Guest count due 8 days prior
Final guest counts are due 8 days prior to your event.
Buffets are staffed only
Buffets are always staffed. We do not offer self-serve buffets.
Leftovers allowed (to-go provided)
Clients are welcome to take leftover food home. We typically provide to-go containers at the end of service.
Outside food cannot be served
Due to insurance restrictions, our staff cannot serve food that is not prepared by Simply Sated.
Travel available (fees may apply)
We are available for travel and serve multiple states. Travel fees may apply for certain locations.
Staffing depends on service style
Staffing levels vary based on your guest count and service style. Plated and family-style services require more staff than buffet service.
